As the organizer of Heavy Duty Trucking eXchange, we have been in close communication with our venue partners and monitoring the COVID-19 crisis on an hourly basis. We continue to prioritize the safety and health of our attendees, sponsors and staff above all else. We have come to the conclusion that it is best to postpone our event. Heavy Duty Trucking eXchange has quickly become the trusted relationship-building event for leaders in the heavy-duty commercial truck market. None of this would be possible without our partners on this event so we wanted to weigh all of our alternatives on behalf of every constituency that invests in this event alongside Bobit Business Media.
After a great deal of discussion, we have jointly decided to postpone the 2020 Heavy Duty Trucking eXchange. The safety and health of our attendees and partners is of paramount importance at this time.
We have been able to quickly secure new dates with the Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch for November 16-18, 2020.
We want to take a minute to offer our sincere thanks and appreciation to all of our operator attendees and sponsor hosts of this event. We look forward to putting together a great event with all of you in the near future. If you have questions regarding your participation, please contact myself (Angelia McCormick) at (310) 533-2591 or [email protected].
We appreciate your patience while we navigate these uncharted waters.
Sincerely,
Angelia McCormick Event Manager Bobit Business Media |

We, like many other tradeshow and conference producers, want to ensure the health and safety of all our customers and attendees at our events. This is our top priority. We are adhering to the suggestions of the U.S. and state public health guidelines as they are developing with regards to the COVID-19 virus. As the COVID-19 situation is evolving, we strongly advise that you review, from the most trusted source, the U.S Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) travel health notices related to this outbreak. These notices are updated as more information becomes available and, if there are any changes with entry to the U.S., they can be found here.
Operator Guests and Supplier Hosts who are not impacted by travel restrictions are able to attend our events. Please note, travel advisories do vary by country so please be sure to review the latest advisories and U.S. entry policies for your region. As a precaution, we are implementing a range of additional hygiene measures at our events:
Our team will continue to monitor the developments. We are constantly considering and consulting with experts on what the appropriate sanitary, health and other measures should be and can assure our partners and customers that all appropriate measures will be in place at our events. We will follow-up with as needed information should the advisories change. If you have questions regarding your participation, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-576-8788 or email; [email protected].
